Your face is the logo — on the sign, the card, the mailer, the listing presentation and every DM you send. It should look like the person who shows up at the door.
Real Estate & Broker Headshots
One agent. A whole year of content.
Most professionals need one good headshot. Real estate is the exception — you need the one for the sign and the brokerage bio, then you need the rest: at a property, at your desk, mid-conversation, and the vertical crop for reels. I photograph agents, brokers, team leads and brokerage owners, and keep your setup on file so next year's photos still match this year's.
You don't need to know how to pose.
You spend all day in front of people and still hate the camera. I hear it constantly. You don't have to be photogenic — I set the light, the angle and the expression, and tell you exactly what to do.
What you walk away with
The headshot
1
The one that goes on the sign, the business card, the car magnet and your brokerage bio. Cropped tight, lit properly, and it still looks like you.
The verticals
2
Same session, framed 9:16 for reels, stories and TikTok covers — so you are not cropping a landscape photo at midnight and hoping it works.
The working shots
3
You at a property, at a desk, mid-conversation, walking in. The frames that make a listing presentation look like a person made it.
The human one
4
Relaxed, warm, not a corporate portrait. The one you would actually text to a client who asked what you look like.
How a session works
Plan
1
A quick call or email about what you're shooting for. Signs and MLS crops need something different than a reel cover, and I'll tell you exactly what to bring.
Shoot
2
Two hours in the Irvine studio, or on location at one of your listings. Two to three outfits, several backgrounds, and I direct every single frame.
Choose
3
You see the images as we go and pick your favorites before you leave. Nothing gets delivered that you haven't already approved.
Deliver
4
Retouched images arrive within 7 business days, sized for your brokerage bio, the MLS, signage, print and every social crop you need.
Real estate sessions
Branding session
$1,500 for two hours and 8 retouched images, in the Irvine studio or on location at one of your listings. The headshot plus the working frames — at a property, at a desk, in conversation — and vertical crops for reels and stories. Additional images $150.
Single headshot
$300 session fee + $150 per retouched image. 90 minutes in the Irvine studio, two to three outfit changes, multiple backgrounds, posing and expression coaching, and image selection during the session. The session fee is a non-refundable retainer.
Brokerages & teams
On-location team days start at $2,500, covering up to five people with one retouched image each. Additional people $450, additional images $150. Teams under five are better served in the Irvine studio at $450 per person, and agents who join later are matched at $450.
Questions agents ask
-
Solid colors, real fit, nothing that will date. Bring two or three options — a jacket, something softer, and one you would actually wear at an open house. The full guide is at headshotsbyreem.com/what-to-wear, and I will tell you what to leave at home.
-
Yes. The branding session is studio or on location, so we can work at a listing, at your office, or somewhere outdoors that suits your market. You just need permission to be there and to publish the images.

No. Arrive camera-ready and I handle on-set touch-ups. If you would like a professional artist, I can arrange one — they book and bill separately at $300, and they need about a week's notice.
Your face is going on the sign either way.
