Every price here is what I charge today. You pay a session fee to hold the date, and you choose your images with me at the end of the session rather than from a gallery weeks later.

Session fee first, images second
The session fee covers the time, the lighting and the direction — I tell you what to do with your hands, your chin and your expression, so you are not left to work it out.
For headshot sessions, retouched images are $150 each and you pick them on the day. Most people leave with one or two, and nothing is retouched before you have chosen it. Portrait and branding sessions include their images, with extras at $150 each.

Three ways to book
Headshot session
$300 session fee + $150 per retouched image. Session with one image: $450. The $300 is paid when you book and covers the session only, with no finished images. Ninety minutes in the Irvine studio, two to three outfit changes and several backgrounds; you choose and pay for images before you leave.
Portrait session
From $850 for up to two hours in the Irvine studio, with three retouched images included. The $850 is paid when you book. Additional images are $150 each, chosen and paid for during the session.
Branding session
From $1,500 for two hours, with eight retouched images included, in the studio or on location. The $1,500 is paid when you book. Additional images are $150 each, chosen and paid for during the session.
One session gives you several frames to choose from, not a single pose.

What a group day costs
On location
From $2,500 for up to five people, one retouched image each. Additional people $450, additional images $150. Booked directly, the $2,500 is paid when you book and any extras are invoiced after the session. I bring the full pop-up studio to your office anywhere in Orange County.
In the studio
$450 per person including one retouched image. Under five people, the Irvine studio is usually the simpler choice — the lighting is already set up, and there is nothing to arrange around your workday.
New hires later
Your lighting, background and crop stay on file, so anyone who joins later is photographed with the same setup for a consistent look — $450 including one image.

How to read this

The session fee reserves your date and is non-refundable. Hair and makeup are not included — I can introduce you to an artist who books and bills you directly. Gift cards are available at $450, $850 and $1,500.
Common questions
About the prices
Why are headshot images priced separately?
Because most people need one or two, and a package makes you pay for five. You see every frame on the day and buy only the ones you will actually use.
Do I have to choose on the day?
Yes, and people prefer it. We look through them together, you pick, and retouching starts that week instead of after a chase.
Can I buy more images later?
It’s best to choose everything you need during your session — that’s when images are selected and purchased, at $150 each, and images that aren’t ordered aren’t kept afterward.
Is hair and makeup included?
No. A professional artist can be arranged separately — they book and bill you directly, and they need about a week’s notice.
