Someone decides whether to reply to you before they read a word you have written. The photograph is doing that work, whether or not you chose it.
Individual Headshots
One sitting, more than one usable picture.
Most people book a headshot for one place — LinkedIn, or the company bio — and then find they need it everywhere: the conference program, the press page, the email signature, the podcast thumbnail. One session gives you the choice of the tight professional crop and the warmer, wider frames, shot the same day in the same light, so they still read as the same person.
You don't need to know how to pose.
Many people arrive sure they don’t photograph well. What they usually mean is that nobody has ever told them what to do with their chin, their hands or their eyes. That is a missing instruction, not a fact about your face. I set the light, the angle and the expression, and tell you exactly what to do.
Looks we can create
Finished images are purchased separately — $150 each, chosen with me during your session.
The headshot
1
The working picture — LinkedIn, the company bio, the directory listing. Cropped tight, lit properly, and it still looks like you.
The warmer one
2
Same session, a degree less formal — for your own site, an about page, a speaker or podcast profile. The one that reads like a person rather than a directory entry.
The formal one
3
Dark background, jacket on, full resolution — so it still holds up in a conference program, a journal or a printed profile.
The crops
4
Square, wide and vertical versions of the frames you choose, so you are not re-cropping a landscape photo at midnight and hoping it works.

Individual sessions
The headshot session
$300 session fee + $150 per retouched image. Session with one image: $450. The session fee is paid when you book, is a non-refundable retainer and doesn’t include finished images. Ninety minutes in the Irvine studio, two to three outfit changes, multiple backgrounds, posing and expression coaching, and you choose and pay for your images during the session.
Branding session
$1,500 for two hours with 8 retouched images included, paid when you book, in the Irvine studio or on location. The headshot plus the wider working frames — at a desk, in conversation, environmental — and vertical crops for social. Additional images $150 each, chosen during the session.

Questions people ask
-
Solid colors, real fit, nothing that will date. Bring two or three options — a jacket, something softer, and one you feel best in. The full guide is at headshotsbyreem.com/what-to-wear, and I will tell you what to leave at home.
-
That is the normal starting point, not something you need to fix beforehand. Most people who say it have simply never been told what to do with their hands, their chin or their eyes. I direct every frame, and you see the images as we go, so there is no guessing.
-
Yes — in the Irvine studio, or on location at your office. Group work is scoped on a free twenty-minute call and quoted in writing, and I keep your lighting, background and crop on file, so people who join later can be photographed with the same setup for a consistent look.

No. Arrive camera-ready and I handle on-set touch-ups. If you would like a professional artist, I can arrange one — they book and bill you directly, and they need about a week's notice.
