Financial Advisor Headshots

Your clients are trusting you with more than their money. Before anyone books a meeting, they look you up — the firm bio, LinkedIn, the directory listing.

Business headshot of a smiling woman with shoulder-length blonde hair in a navy blazer and white top, on a dark gray background.

Credible, not distant

Confidence and approachability in the same frame.

A headshot that is all authority reads cold. One that is all warmth reads junior. The useful version sits between the two, and it is a matter of light and expression rather than luck.

You do not have to know how to pose. I build the lighting, set the angle and talk you through it, and you review the images with me as we shoot.

More than one professional look

One session, several places to put it

Firm website

The formal register — tailored, controlled background. The one compliance will never query.

LinkedIn and social

A degree warmer, so the profile reads like a person rather than a directory entry.

Press and speaking

Clean background, room to crop, high resolution for print and event programs.

One session gives you several frames to choose from, not a single pose.

How a firm session works

A twenty-minute call

Headcount, location, timing. A written quote follows — nothing is assumed.

I come to your office

A full studio setup on site, about 10 to 20 minutes per person, so nobody loses a working morning.

Kept on file

Lighting, background and crop recorded, so advisors who join later keep a consistent look with the team.

Your expertise builds trust. Your image should reinforce it, not undercut it.

Common questions

Before you book

What should I wear?

Solid navy, charcoal or cream. Well-fitted, never oversized — layers instead of patterns, wrinkle-free. You get the full guide before your session.

Will my glasses glare?

No. Frames get angled a few degrees and the lights move off-axis. Your own glasses stay on.

How long does it take?

An hour and a half. Two to three looks, several backgrounds, and we choose together at the end.

Can you photograph the whole firm?

Yes — on site at your office or in the Irvine studio, in slots of about 10 to 20 minutes per person. Scoped on a call and quoted in writing.

Book your session

Individual advisors can book directly. Firms and teams start with a twenty-minute call.
