Accessibility

Last reviewed 23 September 2026

I want everyone to be able to use this website and book a session with me, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, captions or other assistive technology.

My Goal.

I am working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard most commonly referenced for websites in the United States. I am not claiming that every page meets it today. I would rather tell you where things stand than overstate it.

Where I Know It Falls Short.

Every image on the site now has a written description for screen readers, but some parts of the site come from third parties — my scheduling system and chat widget — and I don't control their code. I chose providers who publish their own accessibility commitments.

If Something Does Not Work For You.

Please tell me. Email abousaif@icloud.com with the page you were on and what happened, and I will reply within two business days.

More importantly, I will make sure you get what you came for another way. If you cannot use the booking system, I will book your session by email. If you cannot read something on this site, I will send it to you in a format that works for you — large print, plain text, or read aloud over the phone. If you need an adjustment during your session itself, tell me when you book and I will arrange it.

In the Studio.

My studio is in Irvine, California. If you have questions about physical access, parking, or anything you need to be comfortable during your session, email me before you book and I will tell you honestly what I can and cannot accommodate.

Feedback.

If you have used assistive technology on this site and something got in your way, I want to hear it — it is the fastest way for me to fix the right things. Email abousaif@icloud.com.
