Clients, candidates and partners look at your team page before they ever meet you. It should look like one company.

Corporate & Team Headshots

One company. One consistent look.

Most team pages don't have a photography problem. They have a consistency problem: one photo taken outdoors, one cropped from a wedding, one against a beige wall in 2019. I photograph everyone with the same light, background, distance and crop, in one visit — then record the setup, so the person you hire next spring matches the people you have today.

Nobody on your team has to know how to pose.

Most people would rather be anywhere else, and that is normal. I direct each person through it — where to put their hands, what to do with their chin, how to hold an expression that looks like them on a good day. I trained in the Peter Hurley method, built for people who don't feel natural in front of a camera. Your team only has to show up.

How a team session works

Plan

1

A 20-minute planning call: headcount, location, the look, and when you need the files. You get a written quote within one business day, with the schedule the day would run to.

Set up

2

I bring a full studio to your office. A conference room or an empty office is enough — no windows needed. Setup takes about 30 minutes, then about 10 to 20 minutes per person, including choosing their image.

Choose

3

Each person sees their images as we go and picks their own before they leave the room. No proofing gallery, and no one to chase three weeks later.

Deliver and keep on file

4

Retouched, color-matched files within 7 business days, in the crops you need — square for LinkedIn, wide for the website, tight for a slide. Your setup stays on file for every new hire.

Corporate sessions

At your office anywhere in Orange County, or at your event or holiday party as the team’s gift. I direct each person, and they pick their favorite before walking away.

Every team session includes

  • A full studio at your office. A conference room is enough; setup takes about 30 minutes, before the first person.

  • I direct every person, the pose and the expression.

  • Each person picks their favorite before walking away.

  • One retouched image per person.

  • The same light, background and crop for everyone.

  • Extra images, $150 each.

New employee? No problem.

Your team’s lighting, background and crop stay on file. When someone joins, they come to my Irvine studio and I photograph them with the same setup, so their headshot matches the rest of your team page.

$450 per person, one retouched image included.

Good to know. Hair and makeup are not included. Fewer than five people? The Irvine studio is usually simpler: $450 per person, one retouched image included. More than 40 people, or more than one day? No problem — reach out for pricing.

Booking. The small team books online and is paid in full when you book. Half and full days start with a 20-minute planning call and a written quote within one business day; $500 reserves your date and the rest is due 7 days before. Full prices and terms are on my pricing page and in my group guide (PDF).
