Clients, opposing counsel and referring attorneys look you up before they ever speak to you. Your headshot is the first argument you make.
Attorney & Law Firm Headshots
One firm. One consistent look.
A roster shot by four photographers over five years reads as four different firms. I build one photographic style for your whole team and keep the setup on file, so attorneys who join later are photographed with the same lighting, background and crop for a consistent look.
You don't need to know how to pose.
Most attorneys tell me the same thing before we start: “I’m not photogenic.” You don’t have to be. I set the light, the angle and the expression, and I tell you exactly what to do — chin, shoulders, where to look.
How a firm session works
Plan
1
A 20-minute planning call to settle the look, the background and the headcount. I put the setup on file for your firm.
Shoot
2
In the Irvine studio, or I bring the studio to your office. Setup takes about 30 minutes; plan on about 10 to 20 minutes per attorney, including choosing their images, in whatever order suits the firm's calendar.
Choose
3
Each attorney sees their images as we go and picks their favorites before they leave. No waiting on a gallery link.
Deliver
4
Retouched images are delivered digitally within 7 business days, sized for the firm website, LinkedIn and print.
Attorney headshot sessions
Individual attorney
$300 session fee + $150 per retouched image. Session with one image: $450. 90 minutes in the Irvine studio, two to three outfit changes, multiple backgrounds, posing and expression coaching, and image selection during the session. The session fee is paid when you book, is a non-refundable retainer and does not include finished images.
“From beginning to end, Reem is able to express what she’s looking for in a calm, but direct manner.” — Mike S.
Law firms & groups
On-location firm sessions start at $2,000 for up to five attorneys, with one retouched image each. Larger firms book a half day for about 20 people ($3,500) or a full day for about 40 ($6,000). I bring the studio to your office or your event, keep your setup on file, and photograph new hires with the same setup for a consistent look. Firms under five are usually better served in the Irvine studio.
“Reem is brilliant. She has a unique ability to guide and direct during photo sessions.” — Tandi L.

Yes — that is the point of keeping your setup on file. Lighting, background and crop are recorded, so a new hire's headshot keeps a consistent look with the partners' photographs — whether they come to the studio or I return to your office.
